Sarah G’s Fans Will Have to Wait Longer for the Pampanga Show
The anticipated Pampanga concert of Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo set for October 1 is delayed due to an “unexpected medical condition” Sarah is currently recuperating from.
The postponement was communicated through a statement by VIVA Live and G Productions, shared on their Instagram on Thursday, September 28, though they didn’t provide additional information regarding Sarah’s health.
The statement expressed, “We regret to inform the fans of Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo that the Pampanga leg of Sarah G x Bamboo tour, initially set for Oct. 1 at SMX Convention Center Clark, is postponed and rescheduled to Oct. 29 (Sunday).”
“Regrettably, our Popstar Royalty requires rest due to an unexpected health issue. Her well-being is our foremost concern,” it continued. “We seek everyone’s comprehension and backing for Sarah’s swift recuperation.”
Sarah extended her apologies to her devoted fans, known as Popsters, who in return, flooded her with get-well messages.
“Hi guys. I apologize for the need to push back our Pampanga performance owing to health concerns,” she communicated via her X (previously Twitter) account. “I’m grateful for your support and understanding, beloved Popsters.”
Sarah and Bamboo inaugurated their domestic concert journey on September 22 in Davao. Post-Pampanga, the musical pair is slated to entertain audiences in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and Cebu.
